KSD-G2
How to measure yourself
When your shaft is soft (flaccid), take a ruler and place it across the shaft. Line up one edge of the ruler with an outer edge of the shaft. While you are looking down, make sure that the edge of the ruler and the outer edge of the shaft are really lined up. Now, without pressing down on the ruler or “rolling” the ruler, hold the ruler level and look to the other outer edge of your shaft and eye up the measurement. BE ACCURATE… and no
exaggerating! Whether you take your measurement in metric or standard, that’s OK.
The “A” size KSD-G2 is meant to fit men’s soft shaft sizes of 1-1/2” width or about 38mm.
The “B” size KSD-G2 is meant to fit men’s soft shaft sizes of 1-3/8” width or about 35mm.
The "C" size is meant to fit men's soft shaft sizes of 1-1/4" or about 31.7mm.

If you are between sizes, order the smaller size.
NOTE: When you order, choose your shaft size, NOT what you want the inside diameter of the KSD-G2 to be. If you choose a special size, just tell us what your soft shaft width measurement is, not the inside diameter that you want.
Altering the KSD-G2
The KSD-G2 is made of a durable, light-weight plastic that is easy to machine and alter. If you are between sizes or you ordered the smallest size and realize that you need it to be a bit larger, not a problem! Here’s what to do.
Take some medium grit sandpaper (80 grit or so) and wrap a piece around one or two fingers. Now take the sandpaper and begin to work it around the inside of the KSD-G2
large hole. The idea is to shave off some plastic as evenly as possible.
Do not take off too much. To start with, only take off enough to where the plastic dust
would lightly cover the face of a dime. Trust us, taking off a little bit of plastic makes a big difference. If you take off too much, there is no way to correct the problem other than ordering another one.
After you have used the medium grit, take some fine grit (120 grit then 400 grit) and smooth the inside out a bit. Put it back on and wear it for a day or two and see what happens. The main way you will know if it is too tight is if you have problems urinating. Otherwise, it is supposed to fit tight!
